![]() Native to desert grasslands in South Africa, this plant grows well in a well-drained soil and is also very tolerant of poor, dry soil. Bulbine grows best in full sun, has succulent foliage, and produces racemes of star-shaped yellow with orange flowers in the summer months. This plant should be deadheaded to encourage more flowering. USDA Zone 9 (20 °F) to USDA Zone 11 (40 °F) Grows 18-24” tall. Space 18-24” apart. Plant in Full Sun. Blooms throughout the summer. Water once per week until established. Requires excellent drainage. |
