Muhlenbergia lindheimeri – Lindheimer’s  Muhly

Features:
A heat and drought tolerant Texas Native grass that grows around streams in the Edward's Plateau area. Lindheimer's Muhly has an upright growth habit and blue/green foliage. Blooms in the fall and are at first pink-tinted then later fade to tan. Great replacement to Pampas Grass because this Muhly is non-invasive.

Hardiness Zones: USDA Zone 7 (0 °F) to USDA Zone 9 (20 °F)

Height: Grows 18-30” tall. Space 12-18” apart.

Exposure: Plant in Full Sun.

Bloom Time: Blooms in Fall.

Water Requirements: Water once per week until established. Requires excellent drainage.
Drought tolerant.
